Matthew Craig admitted his disappointment that Rovers did not take all three points from the trip to Salford City.
An own goal and a Hakeeb Adelakun strike saw Rovers through to the draw but there were opportunities to extend the advantage before Luke Garbutt's late equaliser for the hosts.
