Head of Academy business operations Stuart Swift believes the offering of professional terms to two players has provided a major boost to the entire Rovers production line.
Sam Straughan-Brown and Will Flint have agreed terms with the club to be activated at the end of their scholarships, having already featured on multiple occasions for the senior squad.
And, in the second part of a state-of-the-Academy series with Swift, he says the pair's success can have a major impact on those aiming to follow them into first team football at Rovers.
