Adam Herczeg has been appointed referee for Rovers’ clash with AFC Wimbledon on February 24.
The Durham official has taken charge of 24 matches this term, with the majority coming in Sky Bet League One and League Two. He has issued 72 yellow cards and one red across those games.
This will be his second outing of the season refereeing a Rovers game having taken charge of the 1-0 defeat at Stockport County in October.
Previously, Herczeg has overseen three Rovers matches. Of his four matches, Rovers have won two and lost two.
Herczeg will be assisted by Simon Clayton and Mark Cunliffe on Saturday while Daniel Woodward has been assigned fourth official duties.
