James Maxwell said he had no hesitation in putting pen to paper on a new contract at Rovers.
The full back has committed his future to the club until the summer of 2026 and said his relationship with manager Grant McCann plus the positive progress made in recent months was more than enough to convince him to remain in Doncaster.
