Important information regarding car parking at the Eco-Power Stadium

25 May 2024

Car parks at the Eco-Power Stadium are now all monitored using automatic number plate recognition cameras to prevent unauthorised use.

Car Parks 1, 2 and 3 plus the inner ring (Alick Jeffrey Way) are all covered by the cameras.

This follows a series of incidents and near misses in recent weeks with some visitors not using designated bays, not following the one-way system correctly and blocking off rights of way.

The following guide explains how visitors should use car parks at the stadium:

Non-event days

Visitors wishing to use the car parks at the stadium will have a 20-minute immunity window. Following this period, an automatic parking fine notification will be issued unless one of the following actions is taken:

1 - The visitor registers their vehicle on a designated parking device located in one of the following areas

  • Box Office
  • Club Store
  • West Stand reception
  • QR codes displayed on signs within each car park

2 -  The visitor pays for parking using the Your Parking Space app

Event days (including but not limited to football and rugby matches)

A parking tariff will be be in place on event days. Any visitor using the car parks must pay for parking using the Your Parking Space app or at the Box Office.

The only exceptions to the rule will be those who have a valid parking permit obtained through one of the following methods:

  • Purchased as part of a seasonal parking pass
  • Parking has been included as part of a matchday package (eg corporate hospitality)
  • The user has had their vehicle white-listed and has a designated parking permit
