U18 manager Paul Stancliffe has worked at Doncaster Rovers for 15-years.
During his time at the club he has been responsible for bringing through some big academy products such as James Husband and most recently Danny Amos.
In his playing days, he featured for Rotherham United, Sheffield United, Wolves and York City until his retirement in 1994.
Before joining Rovers in 2004 he was Youth Development Officer at York City.
