After the 2020/21 season where Liam Ravenhill made his first-team debut, the midfielder signed a two-year extension keeping him at Rovers until 2023.
He is son of former Rovers midfielder Ricky, who enjoyed back-to-back promotions with the side between 2002 and 2004 to the second tier.
Ravenhill will be looking to follow in his father’s footsteps joining the Academy 10 years ago.
He made his first appearance in the first round of the FA Cup against F.C. United of Manchester before making a start in the Football League Trophy.
Ahead of the 2021/22 season Ravenhill will be hoping to make his league debut.
He made his league debut as a substitute in a 1-0 win over Shrewsbury Town on December 11, 2021.
