Former Chelsea and Leicester City player Frank Sinclair plays a vital role within the Academy, overseeing the youth Development Phase.
Frank joined the club in October 2021, initially as youth transition phase coach. In December of that year, he was promoted to the first-team set-up where he assisted Gary McSheffrey until the end of the 2021/22.
Following the conclusion of that season, he moved back to Rovers Academy to take up the full-time role of overseeing the club's youth Development Phase age groups (U13-U16).
On January 9, 2023, Frank was appointed professional development phase coach, taking charge of Rovers U18s.
