Left-back Branden Horton has risen through Rovers’ academy ranks before signing a professional contract in the 2018/19 season after impressing manager Grant McCann.
He played a vital part in Paul Stancliffe’s U18 side that nearly won their division title in the same season. Horton provided competition for Danny Andrew and Danny Amos, making two appearances in the Checkatrade Trophy.
