Then proceed to choose from the options and select the products you wish to buy and add them to your basket. Once in your basket the seats can be assigned to your friends and family by clicking assign owners, and price type changed accordingly to your specification (remember members have to select “adult member” price type etc to gain their discounted price).

A: To be able to qualify for a disabled ticket you need to fall in to the criteria of disability i.e. you need to provide us with a copy of your DLA letter showing the higher rate of mobility. If you need a helper to assist you to a match for the full 90 minutes of the fixture you will get a free ticket for a carer. All supporting evidence will be required on a seasonal basis. Currently disabled and carer tickets cannot be booked online, you would need to call the Box Office on 01302 762 576.
A: Upgrades are not available on season tickets. You can call us on 01302 762 576 and we can sell you an adult ticket in the area of the Silver Members seat, which will gain you access to sit in the junior's seat if they cannot attend.
A: Our refund policy for home games is prior to kick-off. You either need to post the ticket back to us ensuring we receive it before kick off and you enclose a note saying you are unable to attend and include your supporter number or alternatively the cancellation can be done by coming into the Box Office.

If you have paid for your Silver Membership under the Early Bird or as an existing season ticket holder then there will be a price difference to pay as the new person will be classed as a new Silver Membership holder.

A: Supporters can sit in the family stand if accompanied with a junior of the age 17 years and under. Previous season ticket holders can renew their seats if they still fall into the age restriction for this area, once a junior reaches the age of 18 new seats outside of the family area can be chosen.
