Rovers have raised more than £4,000 in aid of mental health charity CALM by auctioning off match-issue 2018/19 third shirts which have been signed by the player they were assigned to.
Supporters spent five days bidding on the shirts which were worn by the team in their home draw with Burton Albion on January 19. James Coppinger’s shirt reaching a massive £377 with the others not far behind.
The money will be donated to CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) and will go towards their continued work in preventing suicide rates in men under 45.
