Club Doncaster is in partnership with online sports retailer Elite Pro Sports, the Doncaster-based company behind kit manufacturers Oxen. Elite Pro Sports operate the Club Store at the Eco-Power Stadium as well as providing a wide range of Rovers merchandise via their online store.
Club Store opening hours are as follows:

| Wednesday | 9am to 4.30pm |
| Thursday | 9am to 4.30pm |
| Friday | 9am to 4pm |
| Saturday (non-matchdays) | 10am to 4pm |
| Sunday | 10am to 4pm |
| Midweek matchday | 9am to kick-off |
| Weekend matchday | 10am to kick-off plus 20 minutes after the final whistle |
