Doncaster Rovers could soon be dancing to the samba beat after the sensational loan capture of Brazilian Felipe Mattioni.Rovers have taken the former AC Milan and Espanyol defender on loan until the New Year after signing a permanent deal with Premier League Everton.
The 27 year old becomes Darren Ferguson’s second signing in three days as the Scot works hard to mould his new squad.
Mattioni, who is eligible for this season’s FA Cup, joins Toffees teammate Conor Grant at Keepmoat Stadium – subject to FA clearance – and could make his debut in next week’s first round tie against Stalybridge.
