Rovers Academy

Dan started at Doncaster Rovers in 2017 as a volunteer and continued volunteering until July 2021 when he landed a full-time job with the club.

Starting at 17, while still at Sixth Form, Dan volunteered in the media department and continued to do so while he was at the University of Lincoln from 2018-2021.

He spent most of his time during this period covering the U18s side home and away, while supporting at home first-team matchdays. 

In the summer he graduated with a 2:1 in BA (Hons) Sports Journalism and an NCTJ Diploma, Dan became a full-time media assistant at Club Doncaster in July 2021. 

In January 2023, Dan was promoted to Academy secretary, supporting the Academy manager and head of coaching in the operations of the Academy while leading on Academy communications across internal and external stakeholders.
