Rovers' Sky Bet League One game at Portsmouth will now be played on Tuesday March 17 due to the home side’s involvement in the Emirates FA Cup.
Rovers agreed two dates with Pompey, with the game taking place on Tuesday March 3 if they did not reach the fifth round of the competition and Tuesday March 17 if they did.
As the south coast side secured a 4-2 victory over Barnsley in the fourth round on Saturday, they will now be in FA Cup fifth round action in the first week of March.
That means Rovers’ trip to Fratton Park automatically moves to the Tuesday March 17.
